“Punk’d” returns to MTV tonight with its first celebrity host of the season – Justin Bieber!

To promote the show, Justin and Punk’d guru Ashton Kutcher appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week. During the interview, everyone on the show got punk’d when a man in a speedo joined in on the interview. The looks of confusion all around are hilarious.
